Tender Announcement: Physical Security Services for the Tvoya Opora Shelter

Tvoya Opora Shelter is a project of the Tvoya Opora Charitable Foundation, created to support internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Lviv, Ukraine. To date, it has become one of the largest official shelters in the city, having hosted 4,250 Ukrainians. Each month, around 100 new people arrive — those who have lost everything.

The shelter provides residents with clean beds, hot meals, showers, laundry, and access to legal and psychological support. Medication, hygiene supplies for adults and children, and various educational, cultural, and recreational activities are also available. The shelter is inclusive — welcoming women, men, children, and even pets.

The facility consists of 1,500 sq. meters, featuring 2 communal halls, 16 private rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 2 showers, 4 restrooms, a children's playroom, and an interactive zone.
