The charitable foundation “Tvoya Opora” invites representatives of civic and charitable organizations to the offline training “How to Organize Charity Events That Raise Millions,” which will take place on December 11, 2025, in the town of Vorzel. The training is part of the course “Tvoya Opora for Communities: Recovery Through the Power of Action” and is free of charge for participants.

Organizing a charity event is a complex, multi-component process — from the idea and partnerships to safety, logistics, and final reporting. These elements determine whether the event will be successful and whether it will truly help those who need support.
This training is designed to help event organizers in the civic sector gain a comprehensive understanding of the process and obtain practical tools for creating large-scale events that deliver million-hryvnia results.
The program includes case studies, work on event concepts, analysis of technical processes and partnership mechanics, as well as modeling key stages of organizing a charity event.
Participants will learn:
how to develop an idea, event concept, and define the target audience
how to choose a location, technical partners, and build effective cooperation
how to create compelling proposals and communicate with partners, celebrities, and influencers
which engagement mechanics, benefits, and fundraising tools work best
how to launch a communication campaign, work with media, and prepare announcements
how to organize volunteer work, logistics, and safety services
how to create an event budget and prepare transparent reporting
“Organizing a charity event is not only about celebration. It is about responsibility, partnership, and coordinated teamwork. Our aim is to teach how to create events that truly change people’s lives,” notes the “Tvoya Opora” Foundation.
Valeriia Tatarchuk — founder and CEO of the “Tvoya Opora” Charitable Foundation.

The program included 300+ activities in 12 thematic zones, 3 stages, and performances by 25 artists. In total, more than 3.5 million UAH were raised to support children.
