Under the care of the foundation are 2 intensive care units, 16 orphanages, and over 2,500 children, for whom the foundation has allocated more than 33.5 million UAH in aid. Openness, honesty, and transparency are the foundation's main principles. Therefore, we inform all our benefactors about an incident to which the foundation is allegedly connected, according to the investigation. On July 11, 2018, the investigative department of the Voznesenivskyi Police Department of the Dniprovskyi Police Department of the National Police in Zaporizhzhia region suspected officials from regional healthcare institutions of embezzling charitable funds. Unfortunately, the charitable foundation "Tvoya Opora" was named in the case due to its assistance to the "Sonechko" orphanage, located in the Zaporizhzhia region. The case involves the misappropriation of financial funds, but our foundation did not provide any financial assistance to this institution. We only donated household appliances to the "Sonechko" orphanage: three vacuum cleaners and two humidifiers. This is confirmed by the charitable assistance agreement No. 11/12-3 from December 11, 2017. The transfer of household appliances was carried out according to the acceptance certificate dated January 5, 2018 (available at: bit.ly/2T00Wpa), and in the presence of representatives from Crédit Agricole Bank, a project participant. As part of the collaboration with the bank, the foundation provided necessary household appliances to six orphanages and boarding schools in different parts of Ukraine. The "Sonechko" orphanage was among the recipients, as were other orphanages supported by the bank since 2018. Under the "We Care!" CSR program of Crédit Agricole Bank, 134,191 UAH was allocated for purchasing appliances, of which 28,499 UAH was spent on equipment for the "Sonechko" orphanage. This marked the conclusion of the foundation’s one-time collaboration with the Zaporizhzhia regional specialized orphanage "Sonechko." Our foundation is fully transparent and open to cooperation. We work with law enforcement and provide all necessary materials upon request. Additionally, we publicly share the results of our work and undergo an annual audit, the results of which are published on our website. We assure you that "Tvoya Opora" is mentioned in the investigation materials without any grounds and continues its activities, as we are committed to helping severely ill children and orphans.
