Required Documents

To confirm compliance with the selection criteria, each applicant must submit:

• A commercial offer

• A copy of the extract from the Unified State Register (USR)

The winning bidder will sign a tripartite agreement for the vehicle procurement.
The winner must also submit the following founding documents:

• Company Charter

• USR extract

• Appointment order for the director

• Taxpayer certificate or extract

Compliance Verification

The Foundation will conduct a background check of the selected contractor to ensure:

• No cooperation with the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus

• Final beneficiaries are not citizens of the Russian Federation or Belarus

• No other factors that could negatively impact future cooperation
