Required Documents:

Each participant must submit the following:

• General company information: legal name, legal and actual addresses, date of registration, director’s full name, bank details, contact phone numbers, email, website (if any)

• Scanned copies of:

  • Certificate of state registration or extract from the Unified State Register (legal entity or sole proprietor)

  • VAT certificate or Single Taxpayer Certificate or extract from relevant registries

  • Charter and protocol excerpt appointing the director (for legal entities)

  • Financial statements (Form 1 and Form 2) for the last 2 years

• Technical proposal: documentation demonstrating compliance with the technical requirements

• Quality documentation: certificates of conformity, technical specifications, evidence of compliance with applicable DSTU and GOST standards

• Commercial offer

• List of current clients and partners with over 1 year of cooperation (with company name, full name of contact person, position, and phone number)

• Draft contract

• Additional documents confirming experience, solvency, and positive reputation

• Any other relevant supporting materials

• Consent to the processing of personal data (Appendix 2) for all individuals named in the tender documents

The winning bidder must provide original documents prior to signing the contract.
