Since November 15, the government has launched the “Winter Support” program, under which every citizen of Ukraine can receive a payment of 1,000 UAH. For our foundation, this is undoubtedly an opportunity to help children.

Everyone who receives winter support on the “National Cashback” card can direct these funds to charity. In the monobank app, simply go to the “Spend money” section, select “Make a charitable donation”, and choose “Tvoya Opora” from the list of foundations. This is an easy way to support children who need it the most.

The assistance is available to adults and children – for a child, the application can be submitted by one of the parents or a legal representative.

The funds must be spent by June 30, 2026. This program is designed both to support Ukrainians and to stimulate the economy by directing finances to domestic production.

How to apply

You can apply in two ways:

1. Via the Diia app

• Go to the “Services” section → “Winter Support”.

• Fill in the required data and select the “National Cashback” card.

• After confirmation, the application is automatically processed, and the funds will be credited within 10 days.

• Applications in Diia will be accepted from November 15 to December 24, 2025.

2. Via Ukrposhta

• Pensioners and social benefit recipients who receive payments through Ukrposhta will automatically receive 1,000 UAH to a special account.

• If the pension is paid to a bank and the person does not use Diia, they can submit an application at a Ukrposhta branch starting from November 18, 2025.

• People with limited mobility can request a home visit from a postman by calling the hotline: 0 800 300 545.

Where the funds are credited

• Applications via Diia → to the “National Cashback” card.

• Via Ukrposhta → to a special account at JSC “Ukrposhta” with the possibility to spend the funds on Ukrainian goods and Ukrposhta services.
