Criteria for selecting the winner and weight of criteria:

• Cost of goods
• Quality of goods
• Compliance with the terms of delivery and payment
• Compliance with technical specifications
• Experience and reputation of the Supplier

To confirm compliance with the selection criteria, the Participating Company must provide the following documents and information:

1. Commercial proposal
   • A tripartite agreement for the purchase of equipment will be signed with the winner of the tender.
   • The winner of the tender must provide constituent documents, namely the charter, an excerpt from the Unified State Register, an order for the appointment of the head, and a tax payer's certificate or excerpt.
2. The "Tvoya opora" Foundation will verify the contractor for:
   • Cooperation with the Russian Federation and Belarus.
   • Ultimate beneficiaries who are citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus.
   • Other conditions that may negatively affect further cooperation.
