Inna is a bright, curious girl who loves music.
She has been playing the violin since she was seven, excels in school, and dreams of becoming a teacher to inspire and educate children.
But at the age of nine, troubling symptoms appeared — and her dreams seemed to come to a halt.
A pediatrician heard a heart murmur and urgently referred her to a cardiologist.
Diagnosis: pulmonary artery stenosis.
Surgery was inevitable.
Four of the longest hours passed at the doors of the Amosov Institute’s intensive care unit — until Inna's mother finally heard:
“The surgery was successful. Inna’s life is no longer in danger.”
Today, Inna is once again playing the violin, studying, smiling, and confidently moving toward her dream of becoming a teacher.
Her parents are deeply grateful to Lancôme for providing all the necessary medications during the surgery and recovery.
Inna’s rescue became possible thanks to the “Big Little Heart” project by the “Tvoya Opora” Charitable Foundation, launched for St. Nicholas Day in 2023.
Thank you to everyone who helps save children’s hearts.
