The charitable foundation Your Support invites representatives of civil society organizations to take part in the free offline training “Document Flow and Accounting Without Chaos and Stress”, which will be held on October 3, 2025, in Vorzel.

This event is part of the educational course “Your Support for Communities: Recovery Through the Power of Action”, aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of civil society organizations and ensuring effective cooperation with donors, beneficiaries, and state institutions.

Trainers:

• Iryna Pasternak — Executive Director of Your Support Foundation, responsible for the foundation’s operations and reporting since 2016.

• Maryna Danyliuk — financial expert with over 20 years of experience in accounting, tax management, and cooperation with auditors, including in international companies.

During the training, participants will learn:

• what documents are required for cooperation with donors and beneficiaries

• how to draft agreements with donors, suppliers, and aid recipients

• what policies and procedures should be implemented in an organization (accounting, finance, procurement, HR, etc.)

• how to organize procurement processes and prepare accompanying documentation

• what documents are required for different types of projects (medical equipment, humanitarian aid, repairs, rehabilitation)

• how to prepare financial, narrative, and public reports for donors
