The charitable foundation “Your Support” invites representatives of civil society and charitable organizations to attend the offline training “How to Organize Charity Events That Raise Millions,” which will take place on June 30, 2026, in the town of Vorzel.

The training is part of the course “Your Support for Communities 2.0: Recovery Through the Power of Action” and is free of charge for all participants.

Is it possible to organize a successful event and raise more than one million hryvnias? The team at the charitable foundation “Your Support” knows the answer. The Charity Family Day festival, held on June 1, 2025, became the largest free family charity festival in Ukraine.

The festival brought together more than 15,000 guests, 107 partners, and 40 volunteers. Its program featured over 300 activities across 12 themed zones, three stages, and performances by 25 artists. In total, more than UAH 3.5 million was raised to support children.

Training Program

The training program is based on a real-life case study developed by Valeriia Tatarchuk and the team of the “Your Support” Foundation — the Charity Family Day festival.

Participants will learn how to develop an event concept, manage technical processes, engage partners, organize communications and logistics, and build an event budget.

The program will cover:
• how to develop an event idea and concept and identify the target audience;
• how to select a venue and technical partners and build effective cooperation with them;
• how to create compelling partnership proposals and establish communication with partners, celebrities, and influencers;
• which engagement tools, mechanics, and benefits work most effectively;
• how to launch communication campaigns, work with media outlets, and promote announcements;
• how to coordinate volunteers, logistics, and security services;
• how to create an event budget and prepare transparent reporting.

About the Trainer

Valeriia Tatarchuk is the founder and CEO of the “Your Support” Foundation.

Valeriia has received numerous awards and distinctions, including the Better Care Awards recognition in the “Voice of Change” category for the Mentorship project initiated by the First Lady of Ukraine. She was also awarded the Presidential distinction “Golden Heart” for her significant contribution to the development of the volunteer movement and humanitarian assistance during the war.

She has extensive practical experience collaborating with Ukrainian and international companies, including Armani, Kyivstar, Silpo, Vodafone, Nestlé Ukraine, L’Oréal, Crédit Agricole Bank, Henkel Ukraine LLC, JYSK, and many others, particularly in jointly developing socially impactful projects.

The foundation has repeatedly implemented charitable campaigns together with public figures and artists, including Okean Elzy, MONATIK, Svitlana Tarabarova, and many others.
