Hush! Dance Therapy to support the Shelter

Due to continuous terror and missile attacks from the enemy, our body is under chronic stress. Fear and insecurity have accompanied many people over the last eighteen months, both in Ukraine and abroad.

According to WHO estimates, millions of Ukrainians are at risk of mental illness, ranging from anxiety and stress to more severe conditions. The Ministry of Health says that almost 15 million Ukrainians will need psychological support in the future.

Nowadays, it is crucial to take care of yourself, and one of the ways available is therapeutic dance. It's helpful for relaxation, body looseness, and stress relief. That's why the famous Ukrainian dancer and choreographer Olena Shoptenko launched her personally designed dance therapy project Hush! Dance Therapy. Vienna, Berlin, Budapest, cities in France, Spain, Italy, Poland, and Ukraine — offline courses and workshops worldwide will help Ukrainians achieve emotional, physical, and social stability.

Part of the funds from the Hush! Dance Therapy project will be used to support the largest official Shelter "Your Support" in Lviv. The presentation of Olena Shoptenko's dance therapy project will occur in Vienna on September 2, 2023. You can follow the announcements on the Instagram page.
