Educational Course and Practical Mentorship by “Your Support” and Valeria Tatarchuk: Applications Now Open for Newly Established Civil Society Organizations

How can charitable and civil society organizations (CSOs) not only survive but also scale their impact, raise millions for social causes, and drive sustainable development in their communities?

The charitable foundation “Your Support” is launching a training and mentorship program for newly established organizations: “Your Support for Communities: Recovery Through the Power of Action 2.0.” The first cohort of the program was a tremendous success, but unfortunately, not all interested organizations could be accommodated. Thanks to donor support, we are now launching an updated and even more powerful phase of the program.

We are ready to share practical knowledge, real-life experience, and proven tools that work in the Ukrainian context. Under the leadership of Valeria Tatarchuk, the foundation has raised more than UAH 1.127 billion in charitable assistance.

During her tenure, the foundation has:

• mobilized significant resources to support healthcare and humanitarian initiatives across Ukraine;

• assisted dozens of hospitals, orphanages, internally displaced people, and war-affected communities;

• become one of Ukraine’s leading organizations in responding rapidly to humanitarian crises;

• launched dozens of large-scale campaigns, including medical evacuation initiatives, hospital reconstruction projects, and support programs for orphaned children.

The mentorship program will help your organization:

• raise more funds and improve fundraising effectiveness;

• build sustainable partnerships with businesses;

• strengthen your team and leadership capacity;

• establish efficient administrative and financial management systems;

• create impactful public events within your community.

This program is focused entirely on practical outcomes and hands-on experience.

Three organizations will receive a unique opportunity to participate in one-on-one mentorship with Valeria Tatarchuk, Founder and CEO of “Your Support.” In addition, they will join the organizing team of Charity Family Day—the largest family charity festival in Ukraine.

Participants will gain behind-the-scenes insight into the management of large-scale projects, work alongside experienced professionals throughout every stage of preparation, and acquire practical knowledge that can later be replicated and scaled within their own communities.

How to Apply

Non-profit civil society organizations and charitable foundations committed to growth and positive social impact are invited to apply.

Participants will receive reimbursement for travel expenses related to one-day training sessions and accommodation support for the two-day event.

To become a participant in the mentorship program, applicants must:

• commit to attending all five in-person training sessions;

• demonstrate a strong motivation to organize a charitable event within their community and become part of a large-scale initiative led by Valeria Tatarchuk and her team;

Applications will be accepted until June 12, 2026.

The three finalists selected for the mentorship program will be announced by June 18, 2026.
