L’Oréal Ukraine, in partnership with the Matrix brand, the charitable foundation “Your Support” and UNFPA, is launching the recruitment of participants for the eleventh season of the free educational program “Beauty for All.”
The project is aimed at providing systematic support to women who have found themselves in difficult life circumstances as a result of war or domestic violence. Its goal is to offer them a practical tool for achieving financial independence—a in-demand profession as a hairdresser. This year, special emphasis is placed on engaging female veterans seeking reskilling after returning to civilian life, as well as internally displaced persons, mothers with many children, and women affected by gender-based violence.
The “Beauty for All” program, supported by the “Your Support” foundation as a partner, offers an intensive 3.5-month training course, covering more than 240 hours of theory and practice in both online and offline formats.
The learning process, led by highly qualified Matrix brand professionals, enables participants to master the profession from scratch, regardless of age or prior experience.
Upon successful completion of the course, graduates will receive state-recognized diplomas, which will serve as a foundation for further employment and social stability.
Professional retraining within the “Beauty for All” program is a step toward building a resilient society where every woman has the resources to start a new life and pursue personal development. Applications for participation in Kyiv and Lviv are open until April 7, and the course is scheduled to begin at the end of April.
Applications for participation in Kyiv can be submitted via the link, in Lviv via the link. More details about the program are available at the link.
