Required Documents from Participants:

• Commercial Proposal

• Extract from the Unified State Register (USR)

• Founding documents: Statute, USR extract, appointment order of the director, taxpayer certificate or tax status extract

• A tripartite contract will be signed with the tender winner

• The Foundation will conduct a due diligence check on:

  • Cooperation with the Russian Federation or Belarus

  • Final beneficiaries who are citizens of Russia or Belarus

  • Any other conditions that may negatively impact further cooperation
