5. Subject of Procurement: Medical Equipment (Annex 1)

 Date and Time: April 15, 2024 at 15:00

Validity of the Proposal: 30 calendar days from the date of opening

Evaluation Criteria:

• Price of the goods

• Quality of the goods

• Compliance with delivery and payment terms

• Compliance with the technical specifications

• Experience and reputation of the supplier

Required Documentation for Participation:

• Commercial offer

• Extract from the Unified State Register (EDR)

Additional Requirements:

• A tripartite contract will be signed with the winning bidder

• The winner must provide founding documents: charter, extract from the EDR, appointment order of the director, taxpayer certificate or extract

• The Foundation will verify the contractor for:

  • Cooperation with the Russian Federation and Belarus

  • Final beneficiaries who are citizens of Russia or Belarus

  • Other conditions that could negatively affect future cooperation
