In the civil society sector, leadership is no less important than in business. A leader determines how cohesive, motivated, and capable a team is of achieving results even under crisis conditions.
This training is designed to help organizational leaders and coordinators develop people management skills, learn to balance tasks and humanity, and build a team that works as a unified organism.
The program includes practical exercises to develop leadership skills, analysis of management styles, review of real cases of team interaction, and practice in decision-making in various situations.
Participants will learn:
How to become a leader who can motivate and maintain team performance
How to attract professional and inspired staff to the organization
How to prevent professional burnout and maintain team cohesion
How to build effective communication and foster a culture of trust
How to develop leadership skills to create a strong, unified team
"Leadership is about the ability to inspire people to move together toward a common goal. We want to show that even in small civil society teams, it is possible to build a culture of mutual support and efficiency," — say the team at CF Your Support.
